1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Simple4u, operated by Very Simple Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all products, features, and communications provided through simple4uhq.com and related infrastructure, including AI assistants deployed on your dedicated server.

2. Description of Services

Simple4u is an AI-powered SaaS platform that provides intelligent business assistants. We currently offer three products:

Each product is deployed on a dedicated VPS provisioned for your account. Communication with your AI assistant happens primarily via Telegram.

3. Account and Access

To use Simple4u, you will be onboarded through a guided setup process. Access is granted via Telegram and, where applicable, web-based dashboards.

4. Subscription and Payment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months. This ensures adequate time for the AI to learn your business context and deliver meaningful results.

Key payment terms:

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Within the first 60 days of your first payment, cancellation triggers a full refund of monthly subscription fees paid (see Refund Policy). After 60 days, you remain responsible for any unpaid monthly fees within the 3-month minimum commitment. After the 3-month minimum, cancellation takes effect with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full export of your data (see Section 12).

Refund Policy

60-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your subscription within 60 days of your first payment, Simple4u will refund all monthly subscription fees paid during that period, no questions asked. Setup fees are refunded only if Simple4u fails to deliver the service within the agreed setup timeframe.

After the 60-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Month-to-month fees paid after the 3-month minimum commitment are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refund requests go to nests@simple4uhq.com and are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. All business information, documents, messages, knowledge base entries, and other content you provide to Simple4u remain your property.

While we work to ensure accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should:

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Simple4u only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

We aim to keep Simple4u available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Specifically:

The Simple4u platform — including its software, architecture, prompts, workflows, cron systems, dashboards, and branding — is the intellectual property of Very Simple Solutions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, NY. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
