Team Ops

Your AI project
manager for dev teams.

Watches every channel your team actually works in — Jira, Slack, GitHub — and synthesizes the signal into a daily standup digest delivered via Telegram. Automated standups, blocker detection, weekly velocity narratives. Your team skips the 10 AM meeting. You skip chasing status.

Skip the 10 AM meeting. Nothing falls through.

Team Ops reads Jira tickets, Slack threads, and GitHub PRs every morning and posts a personalized digest per engineer — what shipped overnight, what's stuck, what needs a decision. Managers see the full sprint picture. Executives get the weekly velocity narrative. No one fills out a status update.

Tickets, sprints, velocity, assignee activity. Reads workspace-scoped via OAuth. Tracks what's moving, what's stuck, and who's overloaded — without anyone filling out a status update.
Reads channel activity to post standup summaries and detect blockers from conversation patterns. "Eric mentioned he's stuck on auth 3 days in a row" — Team Ops flags it.
PRs open, review status, stale branches, CI failures. You see who's waiting on review, which PRs are blocking production, and where the bottleneck actually is.
Every morning, Team Ops reads overnight activity across Jira, Slack, and GitHub and posts a summary: what shipped, what's in progress, what's blocked, what needs a decision. Delivered via Telegram.
Any ticket stuck more than 2 days, any PR idle more than 24 hours, any Slack thread with unresolved questions — Team Ops flags it to the team lead before it costs a sprint.
Weekly narrative: what shipped, what slipped, why. Tracks velocity trends across sprints so you can see if the team is speeding up, slowing down, or drowning — without opening a spreadsheet.
Managers see full reports across the team. Developers see their own + team context. Executives see the weekly velocity digest. Role-based access managed through the client portal.

Team tools only. Google scopes optional.

Team Ops does NOT request Google user data scopes by default. It integrates exclusively with team collaboration tools — Jira, Slack, GitHub, Telegram. Gmail and Google Drive are optional add-ons (enabled only if you want cross-channel synthesis to include email and document context; when used, Google scopes follow the same Limited Use policy as Personal Ops).

Workspace-scoped OAuth. Read tickets, sprints, workflows, comments. Write access optional — off by default. We never create, move, or close tickets without explicit configuration.
App install with channels:history, channels:read, and chat:write scopes. You pick which channels Team Ops joins. Private DMs are never accessed.
Read-only install on selected repos: issues:read, pull_requests:read, contents:read. No write access unless explicitly enabled per repo.
Exclusively on your dedicated workspace (per-client VPS isolation). Never aggregated across customers. Never used to train shared models.
Only you and team members you invite via the client portal, governed by the RBAC model. Simple4u operators access only for security or support, with your explicit consent.
We don't resell workspace data. We don't use it to train shared models. We don't aggregate across customers. You can revoke OAuth in Jira / Slack / GitHub at any time.
Full details of our data handling practices are documented in our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.

Connects to the tools your team lives in.

S
Slack
App install on selected public channels. Standup posts, blocker detection from threads.

Seven questions, seven answers.

GitHub + Slack alone is enough to run Team Ops. Many engineering-heavy teams skip Jira entirely — Team Ops pulls work signal from PR activity, issue comments, and Slack conversations. Linear, Asana, and GitLab connectors can be scoped as part of the $1,500 setup.
Daily standups land in a Telegram channel you pick. Weekly reports go to Slack plus email. The client portal hosts long-form reports and historical data. Each team member sees reports according to their role (see RBAC below).
Three roles. Manager sees all team activity, all blockers, all velocity data. Developer sees their own tickets + team context + what's blocking them. Executive sees weekly velocity digest only — no per-ticket detail. Custom roles can be defined during setup.
For 2–10 person teams running predictable sprints, often yes — clients routinely delay or skip PM hires after rolling out Team Ops. For complex programs with stakeholder management, client comms, and scope negotiation, no — it augments your PM so they focus on judgment work instead of status-chasing.
Read-only by default. Write access to Jira (create subtasks, add comments, transition tickets) is available as an opt-in configuration, set per-workflow during onboarding. Every write action is logged to the audit trail on your client portal.
Team Ops doesn't require anyone to be online at the same time. Every morning, in each engineer's local timezone, the bot reads the last 24 hours of activity across Jira + Slack + GitHub and posts a personalized digest. Engineers can optionally add a text reply; Team Ops rolls those into the manager summary.
Workspace provisioning on your dedicated VPS, OAuth wiring across Jira / Slack / GitHub, RBAC configuration for your team, custom connectors if you need them (Linear / Asana / GitLab), and a 60-minute team training session. Typically delivered in 5–7 business days.
