How it uses your Google Workspace data.
Personal Ops connects to Google Workspace via OAuth2. You grant specific scopes; we request the minimum needed to do the job. This section describes our Google user data handling in full detail — in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Via Google OAuth2. You grant read access (and optionally send access) through Google's standard consent screen. We store the refresh token on your dedicated workspace — never in a shared database. You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account settings; the connection dies immediately.
Only with your explicit approval. Personal Ops drafts the reply and sends it to your Telegram. You tap Approve or Edit. Nothing goes out without that one-tap confirmation. If you want to disable send capability entirely, we can scope the OAuth consent to read-only during setup.
You can export everything (digests, indexed content, settings) before cancellation via a one-click export in the client portal. 30 days after cancellation, your workspace is permanently deleted — Google tokens revoked, Drive index wiped, email cache destroyed. We retain only billing records per US tax law.
Yes — that's how triage works. It indexes headers and body content to classify mail and answer your questions. Content never leaves your workspace. You can exclude specific senders or labels from indexing (e.g. your banking notifications) during setup.
